What are the office hours?

The leasing office at Cabana Beach is open Monday through Friday from 10am - 6pm, on Saturday from 11am - 5pm, and on Sunday from 12 - 4pm.

Where are the Cabana Beach Apartments located?

Cabana Beach is conveniently located on the corner of 20th Ave and 62nd Blvd, less than four miles away from the University of Florida.

Do I need transportation?

Cabana Beach is proud to offer our own RTS bus route directly to UF. This service runs approximately every 20 minutes and goes only to UF and back.

What size apartments does Cabana Beach offer?

We currently offer two and four bedroom apartments in a variety of floorplans.

What does "fully furnished" mean?

Cabana Beach Apartments offers a full furniture package. It comes complete with all the appliances in the kitchen: dishwasher, stove, garbage disposal, refrigerator, and above counter microwave. In the living room it comes complete with 42" or 32"TV, TV stand, couch, chair and ottoman or coffee table. The rooms are furnished as well with a full-size bed, side table, and built-in desk, shelf and chair. All rooms offer private bathrooms with pocket doors.

What is an individual lease?

An individual lease is simply where each resident at Cabana Beach Apartments is on their own lease. Each room at Cabana is counted separately and you are not responsible for your roommates` financial obligations.
